The penthouse condo accommodates up to four adults with a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for cancellations during holidays, special events, Spring Break, or Fall Break.
A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for cancellations for other rental dates. Cancellations must be made at least 10 business days before arrival.
Canceling within 10 business days or being listed as a “no show” results in no refund.
$25 will be charged for returned checks. PayPal and checks are accepted for payment with a 50% deposit to hold reservations. The balance is due in full 30 days before arrival.
No pets!
Guests must be at least 25 to reserve.
