We have been renting our condos in Puerto Penasco for over 21 years. Our first trip to Rocky Point was back in 2003 . Missing the west coast , we were looking for a reprieve from the 110 degree Phoenix heat. We packed up our our 2 small kids and headed south to the border. Not knowing what to expect we immediately fell in love with the the beauty of The Sea of Cortez and the wonderful people of Rocky Point. We were sold and purchased our first condo at The Sonoran Sea Resort. Little did we know at the time, that we would be renting condos as a full time business.
